Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Summer 2027 Campus Intern in New York to help scale the TikTok Shop partnerships with merchants and creators. You will explore innovative collaboration models and provide strategic content, merchandising, and affiliate solutions to clients.

You will gain hands-on experience, see real-world impact, and participate in development workshops while joining an entrepreneurial team shaping the future of shopping at TikTok.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a MBA degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
• Structured thinking with strong data sense and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative collaboration models with merchants' development plans.
• Solve challenges in growth via cross-functional collaboration.
• Offer consultative content, creator/affiliate/agency solutions to clients.
• Update clients on TikTok Shop product developments and promotional opportunities.
