Kinder’s is seeking a Category Analyst to support sales and category analytics across key customer accounts, driving growth with actionable data insights. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to craft strategies around assortment, marketing, and customer presentations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with syndicated data, and a talent for storytelling with data. This hybrid role is based in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, market research, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill data into clear stories.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics for key customer partner (Sam’s Club); identify growth opportunities across categories.
• Track and report sales performance of initiatives (innovation launches, in-store marketing).
• Use multiple data sources to answer business questions (assortment, innovation, promotions).
• Build data-driven insights to guide tactics and strategy.
• Contribute to buyer meetings and strategy analyses.
