We’re Hiring: Category Analyst – Pro Services (Full-Time)

CIBA is hiring a Category Analyst to join our fast-paced, insights-driven Pro Services team. In this role, you’ll work both behind the scenes and directly with client teams to influence merchandising strategies that impact millions of shoppers nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze Data & Trends - Deliver clear insights using tools like Numerator, Amazon, and Nielsen to track shopper behavior, market shifts, and product performance.
• Support Merchandising Strategy – Assist in creating and auditing planograms, while translating insights into effective shelf strategies.
• Lead Consumer Research - Coordinate focus groups, surveys, and shopalongs to bring the voice of the shopper into decision-making.
• Deliver Reporting & Insights - Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for clients. Contribute to cross-functional projects and new business onboarding.
• Collaborate & Grow - Work alongside internal teams, support client strategy, and develop your expertise through mentorship and certification opportunities.
