Salary Range: $66,625.00-$106,427.00*
*This range is for this level and may vary based on the actual level of role hired for. The actual salary depends on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, skills, education, training, credentials, location, and experience. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Handles all types of catastrophe property claims using independent judgment and discretion. Assists field offices with day-to-day property claims when not deployed for catastrophe response.
Establish contact with policyholders, assess damages, determine liability, prepare estimates, and document claims thoroughly. Negotiate payments, oversee independent adjusters, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Support field offices and maintain company vehicles as needed. The first five duties are essential to the role.

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least five years of claims handling experience, including two in property claims. Knowledge of structural damage repair and valuation is necessary. Preferred: AIC certification, proficiency in estimating software (preferably Symbility), valid driver’s license, and residence within the territory unless approved otherwise. Willingness to travel on short notice for catastrophe response.
Frequent lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs, driving, occasional pushing/pulling, data entry, climbing, and accessing heights.
