Qualifications

• FCAS required; 15+ years actuarial pricing and leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global pricing strategy for Global Wholesale & Specialty.
• Lead pricing governance, model development, and analytics modernization.
• Drive AI adoption, predictive analytics, and underwriting decision science.
• Partner with Underwriting, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Executive Leadership to drive profitable growth.
