Job summary

You will work alongside the CAT Modeling Analyst and CPAC Data Specialist, with a dotted line to the VP and matrix reporting to Marketing, Personal Lines, CPAC, and Claims.

The role centers on catastrophe modeling (RMS/AIR), building a new predictive/statistical modeling capability, and leading the ongoing Qlik/BI reporting build-out for multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, R, or other data/programming languages.
• Experience with BI technology such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Utilize catastrophe modeling software (e.g., RMS, AIR) to analyze catastrophe risks impacting the property portfolio.
• Develop predictive models to support underwriting and pricing decisions across Personal Lines and CPAC.
• Build and maintain Qlik/BI dashboards and reports for multiple business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into BI solutions.
