Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience handling pyrophoric materials and air-sensitive systems.
• Hands-on experience with glove boxes and air-free environments.
• Strong laboratory safety practices and ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on lab work supporting catalyst research and operations.
• Safely handle pyrophoric and air-sensitive materials per safety procedures.
• Work with glove boxes and air-free environments.
• Coordinate with the work director on priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with pilot plant engineers on catalyst requirements and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic lab notebooks and documentation systems.
• Progress toward independently managing lab and pilot plant support after training.
