Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives and proactively up-sell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog.

Responsibilities include exceeding catalog sales and projections, improving promotion, ordering, billing and delivery, and promoting a positive energy in catalog sales by coordinating with the service department on marketing the catalog and its products.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year outside sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to up-sell current customer accounts with catalog products.
• Improve catalog sales promotion, ordering, billing and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with service department on marketing the catalog and its products.

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to proactively up-sell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog. Products from our catalog line include, but are not limited to, custom logo shirts and pants, work boots, outerwear, hatsand gloves. Responsibilities include exceeding catalog salesand projections;improving the way catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billedand delivered;promoting a positive and energetic attitude in the operation of catalog by sales by working with the service department on marketing the Cintas catalog and its products.
