Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; Parts store experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Sell CAT parts to customers over the phone, via fax, e-mail or in person; serves as a point of contact for parts customers.
• Completes all parts transactions for internal/external customers in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participates in sales programs to promote promotions and meet objectives.
• Keeps product information systems current and updates new product information.
• Responds to after-hours call outs on a rotating basis.
