Job summary

Smalls, a mission-driven cat food company with a fully remote team across the US, is seeking a support professional to act as the voice of the brand across all channels. You will respond with empathy and precision, tailoring every reply to the customer's needs.

In this fast-paced startup, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, escalate issues as needed, and help maintain a world-class customer experience while enjoying flexible hours, travel for annual retreats, and generous PTO.

• Available to work outside standard 9-to-5 hours, including weekends and holidays.
