Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Walmart Advisor Team member in Bentonville to translate shopper insights into category strategies. You will analyze retailer and shopper data to craft clear, data-driven recommendations and support execution of merchandising plans.

You will collaborate across teams, develop actionable strategies, and leverage tools like Tableau and Alteryx to illuminate opportunities in the Walmart channel.

Responsibilities

• Identify marketplace and shopper trends and translate them into category strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze retailer, internal, syndicated, incrementality, and shopper-insight data to build clear, data-driven stories.
• Co-develop modular and merchandising strategies and support accurate, on-time execution of relays.
• Develop execution plans that bring business-unit priorities and strategic vision to life.
• Support category initiatives including fixture innovation, feature implementation, and merchandising standards.
• Use analytical and visualization tools such as Space Planning, Mastercard APT, Alteryx, Tableau, and Nielsen solutions.
• Partner across the Advisor Team to strengthen shared capabilities, improve processes, and challenge the status quo.
• Build trusted category expertise that supports Walmart, the team, and the broader business.
