Job Description

Temp Biology/Physical Science Lab Staff duties:

• Will provide regularly scheduled work coverage on Tuesdays - Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm each semester during regular semester hours.
• Assist in checking all labs are complete/prepped.
• Assist in making solutions with hazardous materials without the need for supervision.
• Assist in culturing bacteria for microbiology and all biology courses.
• Assist in clerical work.
• Assist in preparing 8-week course materials
• Assist in training lab personnel.
• Assist in updating prep sheets.
• Can assist in develop training videos for various aspects of the bio prep lab.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Associate's degree, 2 semesters of biology or chemistry, and 1 year biology or chemistry lab experience.

Additional Information

Hourly: $19 dollars

25 hours per week - Tues- Sat 9:00am-2:00pm
