Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dynamic and compassionate LPN to join our team in Minnesota. You will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to our residents and perform initial data collection while supporting plan implementation developed by the RN.

Read, write, and communicate in English and maintain current state LPN licensure. Our not-for-profit senior care organization emphasizes Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice across opportunities in the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered, evidenced-based care to residents.
• Perform initial data collection on all residents.
• Participate in implementing person-driven care plans as developed by RN.
