Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth, located in Minnesota, is hiring a Casual LPN for the 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm PM shift in the LTC setting. You will provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to our residents and participate in relationship-based care practices.

The role requires current LPN licensure, English communication, and preferred clinical experience. This casual position includes evenings, every other weekend, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Reading, writing and communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Relationship Based Care principles while performing duties.
• Conduct initial data collection on all residents.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
