Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant degree or West Virginia CNA license or PCT Certification required.
• CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Glucoscan within 90 days of employment.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect non‑professional nursing care under supervision.
• Perform duties such as cleaning, taking vital signs, obtaining lab specimens, charting, escorting patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and other patient care tasks.
• Manage clerical duties and ordering/receiving supplies.
