Jewish Association on Aging (JAA) is seeking a Casual Rehab Office Coordinator to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at our JCC location. You will be the welcoming face and organizational hub, scheduling appointments, registering patients, and coordinating transportation to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage therapy schedules.
• Register new patients and enter demographic information into the EMR.
• Verify insurance coverage, payer sources, and billing information.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors.
• Answer phone calls and manage front-office communications.
