The hours for this position are casual; you will pick up available shifts as open/desired, with opportunities to guide staff in effective care delivery and to maximize resident independence through tailored programs.

• Assess, evaluate and treat mobility and self-care concerns of residents; consult with and train staff to improve care delivery.

DUTIES

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy services.

The Rehabilitative Therapy Unit assesses, evaluates and treats residents with mobility and self-care concerns, consults with and instructs staff in effective delivery of care, and provides the greatest independence possible for all residents through individually prescribed programs

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Occupational Therapy

The hours for this position are casual. You will not be scheduled any set hours, but will pick up available shifts as open/desired.
