Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm, welcoming Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations (11pm–7am) at our property in Princeville, Hawaii. The role focuses on guest service, accuracy in night audit tasks, and upholding the brand’s reputation for stellar service.

About you: at least 1 year in guest or customer service, ability to speak a second language is a plus, a team player who can multitask and pay attention to detail in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience in hotel/customer service.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, multitasking, and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations from 11pm to 7am.
• Provide impeccable guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete night audit processes accurately and securely.
• Contribute to maintaining Starwood Hotels' brand standards and guest experience.

About you... Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
