Job summary

Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Casual LPN to work PRN across all shifts, including 8- and 12-hour options. Competitive base pay plus shift differentials, Daily Pay, and a strong leadership team support your schedule and growth.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license and are able to commit to weekend requirements, with offered orientation and ongoing management support in a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license mandatory.
• PRN/casual position requires weekend availability as stated.
• Successful completion of post offer background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Make daily rounds on your unit/shift.
• Develop and maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental staff.
• Receive/provide nursing report at shift start and end.

• PRN employees must work one (1) weekend per month (2 shifts), two (2) additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday. This equates to four (4) shifts per month.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practial Nurse (LPN):

• Prepare and administrator medications as ordered by the physician
