Job summary

Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center in Columbia, PA is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. Competitive base rates are advertised at $30-$34/hr with shift differentials, a daily pay option, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support staff well-being.

Responsibilities include preparing and administering medications, making daily rounds, building strong intra-team rapport, and handling nursing reports at shift changes.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Must successfully complete post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
