Job summary

Greater Regional Health in Iowa is seeking a registered nurse to work in our ER department. The RN will perform triage assessments on patients as necessary, execute emergency procedures until physician arrives, implement orders from physician, and demonstrate critical thinking skills while carrying out other duties as assigned.

This is a casual opening. We offer NHSC loan repayment programs and a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time staff, with opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• RN license Iowa required; BLS/TNCC/ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred.
• Ability to triage and perform emergency procedures until physician arrival.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and executes physician orders accurately.
