Job summary

Journey Early Learning Lucas Rise in Kentucky is seeking a Casual Educator to join a welcoming centre team. This role offers flexible hours, meaningful connections with children and families, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality education and care.

You'll support play-based learning, build positive relationships, and collaborate with educators and centre leadership across rooms and age groups. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to safe, inclusive environments are

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete.
• Strong passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, flexible and collaborative approach.
• Commitment to safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.

About You

We're looking for a passionate, reliable and flexible Early Childhood Educator who enjoys working as part of a team and creating positive experiences for children.

You’ll Bring

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
