NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Lead Operations professional to partner with the General Manager and drive daily operations at a high-volume casual dining concept in Pooler, GA. You will mentor a dynamic team and influence guest experience and restaurant profitability.

With 3+ years in casual dining operations, you will lead service quality, train staff, and manage costs. This role offers a clear path to General Manager and multi-unit leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant operations or assistant manager experience.
• Proven track record leading and developing restaurant team members.
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest-first values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to protect margins.
• Partner with GM on hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Respond quickly to guest concerns and drive resolution that builds loyalty.
