FedEx Canada is seeking a delivery driver to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route, ensuring accurate packaging labels and up-to-date paperwork. You will operate tracking systems and maintain safety standards while representing FedEx across Canada, the US and international requirements.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy packages, and strong customer-service skills in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and cross-border requirements is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
• Ensure packages are properly labelled and paperwork is neat and accurate.
• Operate tracking and dispatch systems and report stop counts and missorts.
• Answer customer questions on FedEx Canada's features of service and maintain awareness of Canada, US and international requirements.
• Maintain vehicle safety and comply with government regulations and company procedures.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads.

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functionsProvides efficient and safe delivery and pick-up of packages while representing the company in a professional manner and maintains a neat and clean appearance consistent with the company's public imageAccomplishes accurate and timely selection and inspection of assigned packages and the subsequent reporting of stop counts and missortsAdheres to Courier Best Practices, operating procedures, loads van and plans route for efficient delivery and pick-up of packages and ensures proper security of Federal Express and customer property, such as packages, equipment and vehicles.Seeks additional business from current customers.
