FedEx Canada is seeking a courier to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route, ensuring shipments meet service standards and maintaining a professional company image.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 70 lbs plus manual handling of heavier items with equipment. Monday to Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm, pay rate 23.28 CAD/hour.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous pick-up and delivery on assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards.
• Operate van safely and maintain professional appearance.
• Report stop counts and any mishandled shipments.
• Seek additional business from current customers and relay sales leads.
• Use tracking/dispatch systems and assist customers with inquiries.
• Assist with loading/unloading aircraft or containers when needed.

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions

Provides efficient and safe delivery and pick-up of packages while representing the company in a professional manner and maintains a neat and clean appearance consistent with the company's public imageAccomplishes accurate and timely selection and inspection of assigned packages and the subsequent reporting of stop counts and missortsAdheres to Courier Best Practices, operating procedures, loads van and plans route for efficient delivery and pick-up of packages and ensures proper security of Federal Express and customer property, such as packages, equipment and vehicles.Seeks additional business from current customers. Hiring for Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
