Job summary

You will work across three shifts, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery, coordinating with Casting Supervisor, QA, and production teams.

Must have high school diploma and be able to operate casting lines and equipment, cross-train, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate casting lines and understand production flow.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of OSHA/ISO guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate NDK equipment on multiple production lines and maintain COP in the work area.
• Cross-train in multiple steps of the casting process after training.
• Inspect quality of products and parts used in production.
• Maintain production quantities and ensure safety and quality.
• Provide daily updates to supervisor and track KPIs.
