Astemo Rock Spring, Inc. seeks a Casting Front, Middle, and Back Rotation Lead to supervise and optimize aluminum knuckle casting operations.

You will work with the Casting Supervisor to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are followed across multiple shifts. Ideal candidates will have high school or equivalent, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions while solving problems and maintaining clear communication with the team.

Qualifications
