Job summary

McCann New York is seeking a Model Talent Coordinator to support the Talent Partnerships team. This role focuses on administrative tasks, tracking details, and coordinating talent availability, bookings, and assets for upcoming shoots.

You will build casting decks, maintain booking sheets, assist with presentations, and collaborate with agents, the Casting Director, and Project Management to manage talent usage rights and payments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a creative agency and/or production environment preferred.
• Understanding of SAG, tax paperwork, and/or contract structure is a plus.
• Interest in trends and culture to aid casting for brands.
• Highly organized, meticulous, proactive, and ready to grow casting career.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with agents for talent availability and maintain trackers for upcoming shoots.
• Build and update casting and asset tracking decks.
• Maintain booking sheets and manage fit model bookings.
• Assist with the creation of casting PowerPoint presentations for creative team reviews.
• Coordinate celebrity talent travel and manage talent library.
• Research Gen Z trends, music culture, and up-and-coming talent globally.
• Assist the Casting Director with day-to-day tasks including in-person castings.
• Support Casting Director with renewals and usage rights for campaigns using FADEL.
