Talented Medical Solutions in Sparks, NV seeks a Casting Plant Manager to lead the casting department. This full-time, permanent role oversees workforce leadership, production planning, quality assurance, and inventory control to meet targets safely and efficiently.

You will supervise a team of about 30 and report to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operations in a high-temperature

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in casting or metallurgical operations.
Proven ability to lead large teams in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of aluminum alloy production and furnace operations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Safety leadership and culture enforcement with training, audits, and corrective actions.
Direct supervision of casting personnel; staffing, training, and performance management.
Strategic production planning; monitor alloy production, optimize furnace cycles, and improve workflows.
Quality and compliance oversight of aluminum outputs and documentation.
Inventory and resource management of raw materials and finished goods.
Cross-functional collaboration with Asset Management, Electrical Engineering, and Maintenance.
