Trojan Battery Company is looking for a driven and thorough person for the Casting Operator role (2nd shift). Your role as the Casting Operator will include monitoring devices and tools to assure proper function, completing daily standard production reports, performing inventory counts and reports and understanding CTQ & SPC – reading and understanding charts and graphs. You will collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Engineering managers to assist and/or implement programs related to different process improvements. The Casting Operator will be committed to performing the role safely and have the ability to wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
