Job summary

TOTO USA in Morrow, GA is seeking an Operator B - Casting for the 3rd shift to join our Casting production team. The role focuses on finishing and quality checks to ensure premium bathroom fixtures meet high standards.

You will train on day shift up to 30 days before nights, work Mon-Thu nights with a shift differential, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. Prior manufacturing experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must read serial numbers and interpret information on monitors.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools and basic machinery.
• Good communication with limited supervision and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply glaze evenly around seat mount holes on ceramic products.
• Inspect and remove debris from foot mount holes to ensure proper fit.
• Wipe kerosene on toilet tanks and bowls to prepare surfaces for inspection and finishing.
• Engrave dryer door numbers on the underside of rims before products leave the workstation.
• Conduct visual inspections for cracks or defects and ensure quality.
• Verify serial numbers and overall compliance with quality and safety specs.
