Bocar US is hiring for a DIRECT HIRE | Production & Die Cast Technician at the Tanner, Alabama site. The 2nd shift offers a fixed schedule with a $1.00/hour differential and a starting pay of $19.415/hour.

This role involves loading, inspecting, operating die casting equipment, and ensuring quality throughout the production process. The successful candidate will have manufacturing experience, be able to read and communicate in English, perform basic math, and lift up to 22 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment.
• Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings using pneumatic tools and hand tools.
• Document production results and quality checks.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
