Job summary

TOTO USA in Morrow, GA, is hiring a Casting Operator B for the 1st shift. You will join the Casting production team and perform finishing and quality control on premium bathroom fixtures to meet high craftsmanship standards.

The role requires precision, reliability, and adherence to production guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Excellent attention to detail is essential to ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
• Must be able to read serial numbers and follow mechanical processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply glaze evenly around seat mount holes on ceramic products.
• Inspect and remove debris from foot mount holes for proper fit.
• Wipe kerosene on toilet tanks and bowls for surface prep.
• Engrave dryer door numbers on rims before shipment.
• Conduct visual inspections for cracks or defects on water outlet areas.
• Perform finished product checks for surface imperfections.
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify serial numbers.
• Clean and inspect rims and tanks; correct deformations.
• Use scrapers to remove excess patching material.
• Smooth rough edges with sponges for a uniform finish.
• Transport lids to freight elevator for warehousing/shipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work instructions.
