A Hiring Company is seeking a skilled worker for comprehensive finishing tasks in secondary casting, including flashing removal, grinding, and blending of cast surfaces. The role also involves assembling Bull Ring components, segment handling, and accurate packing of finished products.

The candidate must maintain physical endurance for standing, lifting, and working in varied positions, with attention to safety and quality standards across the entire finishing process.

Qualifications

• Continuous physical effort in handling finishing tools and equipment is required.
• Frequent lifting of light to moderate loads; occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in awkward positions.
• Good vision types required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of secondary casting part finishing, including removal of flashing and gating and grinding risers.
• Finish grinding and blending of rough casting surfaces and ensure proper boxing and packaging of assemblies.
• Work on Bull Ring Assemblies, breaking segments from gating and selecting components for assemblies.
• Ensure quality requirements are met and report any missing quantities or improper parts to complete an order.
