Job summary

Amerijet International Airlines, Inc. seeks a CASS Reliability Analyst to perform data entry, cleansing and analysis of aircraft and operational data to support FAA reporting and trend analysis.

You will manage the CASS program, prepare monthly reports, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with Tech Ops, and uphold safety and FAA compliance while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or aviation certification with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in aircraft maintenance or planning, preferably Boeing 767.
• Familiarity with FAA Airworthiness Directives and related documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) as described in the Safety Manual.
• Manages the CASS program, ensures pro-active implementation and monitoring.
• Produces monthly CASS reports with performance, trends, and control limits analysis.
• Maintains data collection quality and archives data used in CASS.
• Reports progress and recommends changes based on component and systems trends.
• Adheres to Amerijet policies and procedures.

Position Summary

The CASS Reliability Analyst conducts data entry, data cleansing, and analysis of aircraft, component, and operational data. This effort supports regulatory reporting requirements to the FAA as well as trend analysis for other departments within the Technical Operations Business Unit (Tech Ops).

The CASS Reliability Analyst conducts data entry, data cleansing, and analysis of aircraft, component, and operational data. This effort supports regulatory reporting requirements to the FAA as well as trend analysis for other departments within the Technical Operations Business Unit (Tech Ops).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with the responsibilities detailed in the Safety Manual (SM).
• Manages the CASS program to ensure that CASS is implemented, pro-active, adapts to regulatory and company changes, and meets the internal and external required monitoring, ensuring the performance and effectiveness of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
• Complies and builds electronic presentations to include graphs, photographic supporting documentation, and to include monthly performance, standards, trends, as well as control limits exceeded, and analysis of those limits exceeded.
• Publishes and distributes a monthly CASS report to company officers, directors, and the FAA.
• Monitors the accuracy and efficiency of the data collection and maintains a file system to store and archive data collected and used in the CASS program.
• Reports progress and status of issues from previous meetings and recommends changes to the maintenance program as a result of analysis of component and systems trends identified.
• Consistently maintains quantity and quality of work standards set.
• Adheres to Amerijet Company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science or Engineering, and/or Certification in Aviation (E.g. A & P certificate) with relevant experience.
• Prior experience working in aircraft maintenance and /or planning, preferably with Boeing 767 aircraft.
• Familiar with FAA Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Supplemental Type Certificates, and Fleet specific OEM Manuals.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Working knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and computerized maintenance tracking programs necessary to perform job functions.
• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and social skills to build a good rapport.
• Maintain communication with all involved parties on a project.
• Interact effectively with executives, management, vendors, and staff to meet corporate objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will not have direct reports but may require providing training for new/existing team members.

Physical Activities And Requirements Of The Position

Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Exerts up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally for office supplies and equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; move about the facility. Some light physical effort required.

Must be able to work well under pressure. Domestic/International travel and overtime are required when necessary.
