ALUTIIQ OPERATIONS SERVICES LLC is seeking a part-time Janitor to perform custodial duties at the Casper Field Office in Casper, Wyoming. Responsibilities include cleaning, trash disposal, restrooms, and common areas three times per week, with attention to safety and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and maintenance.

• U.S. citizen may be required for government contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties for assigned buildings in Casper three times weekly.
• Trash collection and disposal in designated containers with liners.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and surfaces; vacuum carpeted areas.
• Refill disposables and sanitize drinking fountains, kitchens, and lounges.
• Dust surfaces, windows, and fixtures; wipe doors and handrails.
• Assist with periodic floor stripping and polishing as needed.
