Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Casper, WY. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate, full benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to quality rehab care.

You will provide therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, help develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current WY license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
