Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of gaming laws, tribal policies, and surveillance procedures.
• Familiarity with Class II & III gaming operations.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Operate surveillance systems and equipment; learn CCTV operations.
• Read and apply casino policies, state and federal regulations.
• Monitor for violations; log observations in the Surveillance logbook.
• Provide assistance to Security and other departments as needed.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality in surveillance activities.
• Communicate clearly with management and staff; document findings.
