Job summary

The Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a dedicated surveillance professional to monitor casino areas, protect assets, and ensure game integrity. The role focuses on CCTV operation, incident reporting, and collaboration with the Security team to resolve issues on the property.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED acceptable), prior surveillance or security experience preferred, and must maintain a Level 2 Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior casino surveillance or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Level 2 Gaming License required.
• Knowledge of CCTV equipment preferred.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all casino areas to identify security or safety risks and report them for resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information per company policies and PBGC Gaming Regulations.
• Develop knowledge of Surveillance CCTV equipment, camera locations, and recall procedures.
• Demonstrate proper camera techniques and preserve video files in a timely manner.
• Use necessary equipment to identify, record, and document illegal or suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with Security to investigate incidents and resolve guest or employee concerns.
