Job summary

Four Winds Casino Resort seeks a vigilant Security Officer to protect guests and staff while upholding game integrity and service standards. You will handle incident reporting, emergency dispatch, and safe transport of monies as required in a busy casino environment.

The role requires effective communication, hands-on security, and the ability to respond to incidents with poise. A Level 2 Gaming License is required and prior security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred.
• This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Generate written reports for security-related incidents involving guests, employees, and the facility.
• Escort and observe guests and employees to ensure their safety; identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Act as a Dispatcher during emergencies, coordinate solutions, and inform outside agencies as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of the facilities and special events to advise guests and employees.
• Verify identification for individuals appearing under 21 to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
