Job summary

Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel is seeking an Entry level Surveillance Operator to monitor video feeds and protect assets, guests, and employees. The role focuses on reporting suspicious activities and maintaining clear records of incidents.

You will work with the security team to observe casino operations, document events, and support ongoing safety initiatives. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with tribal gaming license eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license.
• Letter of intent and resume required.
• Prior security, surveillance or casino experience preferred.
• Must type twenty words per minute.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in English preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor video of all personnel, customers, and casino operations.
• Promptly report suspicious activities per policies.
• Document criminal activity, liability issues, and policy noncompliance.
• Observe, record, and report daily casino operations.
• Maintain records, logs, and documents in an orderly manner.
• Coordinate with the security staff and support teams.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
