We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Regular Full-Time investigator to monitor gaming operations and ensure compliance with the compact and tribal gaming ordinance. The role involves safeguarding assets, memorizing camera locations, and handling pull-tab box inventories.

The candidate will review disputes, investigate violations, and prepare detailed reports while staying updated on laws and regulations governing gaming operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED certification.
• Proficiency with computer software and related tools.
• Three (3) years of investigative experience in a regulatory agency.

Mansioni

• Oversee the integrity of gaming operations.
• Safeguard tribal assets represented by the casino enterprise.
• Memorize camera locations on the casino floor.
• Oversee opening, inventory, and removal of pull-tab boxes.
• Reviews and investigates customer disputes.
• Investigates Compact violations.
• Generates concise, thorough investigative reports.
• Maintain awareness of applicable federal, state, and tribal regulations.
• Communicate professionally with staff via radio, phone, and email.
