Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school, or related experience or training.
- Desire to be promoted into Casino Manager within the company.
- Ability to work across multiple properties in the region for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform basic math and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be suitable and certified on all video poker machines.
- Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Inspect casino facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
- Establish work schedule and manage overtime hours; maintain timesheets.
- Enforce all applicable laws affecting casino operations.
- Order food timely; ensure proper check-in, pricing and inventory.
- Supervise, train, coach casino associates and evaluate progress.
- Promote promotions following company policy and procedure.
- Keep training materials and operating procedures updated.
- Conduct weekly night-time surprise inspections as needed.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision and adapt to irregular hours.
