Job summary

Gilley’s is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver to transport casino guests and staff safely between pickup points and hotels. You will serve as a front-line brand ambassador, ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival and maintaining strict adherence to KRGC regulations and DOT rules.

The role requires a clean MVR, the ability to obtain a KRGC license, and excellent interpersonal skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum age of 21 years at time of hire.
• Valid Kansas driver's license; CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred; Class C license considered based on fleet.
• Clean MVR; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years and <=2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Ability to obtain KRGC Occupation License (background check and fingerprinting).
• Experience in passenger transport or hospitality shuttle is preferred; first aid/ CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle bus or van along designated routes on schedule or on call.
• Assist guests with boarding/alighting; ADA-compliant service as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; document findings per logs and policy.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and staff via radio or device throughout shifts.
• Document trips, mileage, incidents, and fuel usage; follow safety procedures in emergencies.
