Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year shuttle driver experience.
• Must have a valid CDL with a clean driving record and be insurable for driving.
• Must have a P-Endorsement and pass pre-employment screening including background and drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, make reservations and maintain calendar.
• Schedule arrivals/departures per route schedule.
• Provide courteous guest service and handle customer problems/complaints.
• Maintain shuttle logs and maintenance records.
• Communicate casino information and promotions to guests.
• Ensure shuttle is clean and professional in appearance.
• Perform other duties as required.
