Job Summary

The Casino Services Representative will perform Caesars Rewards related functions and monetary transactions for all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. The role is responsible for maintaining accountability of funds, accurate record keeping per gaming regulations, and promoting Caesars Rewards benefits and products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling tasks in accordance with cash handling procedures, including cashing checks, processing cash advance transactions, cashing casino chips and gaming tickets, issuing and redeeming markers, and providing funds to the slot department for jackpot payouts.
• Maintain and issue reel reward coupons to guests using the same procedures as cash transactions.
• Actively promote and assist guests with all Caesars Rewards related products, services and promotions, including Caesars Rewards Visa, tier benefits, and the Caesars Rewards App.
• Greet, assist, and give a warm farewell to guests in accordance with Spotlight requirements.
• Respond to guest inquiries and questions professionally and helpfully, handling and resolving all guest concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of all aspects of the Title 31 program, including BSA, AML, KYC, and verbal address verification procedures.
• Follow all aspects of the Caesars Responsible Gaming program.
• Assist guests in cashing their winning sports betting wagers outside of normal Book operating hours.
• Maintain and update guest information in the casino maintenance system as needed.
• Maintain accountability of funds and records in accordance with MS State Gaming Commission requirements, Harrah’s Gulf Coast internal controls, and department policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area, including the assigned window, back counter, and all front line visible to guests.
• Keep the workstation and front line stocked with supplies, including chip trays, pens, scissors, Caesars Rewards cards, forms, and paid stamps.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Enforce Project 21 policy and procedures by monitoring the area for underage gamblers.
• Suggest products, services, and experiences to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of Title 31 BSA preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and multitab navigation.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional and friendly conversational skills.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions.
• Must obtain and maintain required work permit.
