Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a Cage Department Supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising the Cage Department on shift. This role ensures effective cash handling, guest services, and regulatory compliance in line with gaming regulations.

Key duties include supervising Cage Cashiers, maintaining accurate bank balances, and communicating management directives to staff. A Bachelor's or higher in relevant fields is preferred, with experience in banking and gaming.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality or Gaming plus 3 months of dept-specific banking experience.
  • Or Associate’s degree plus 6 months of dept-specific banking experience.
  • Or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year dept-specific banking experience.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

  • SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES: Cage Cashiers.
  • COMMUNICATION: keep informed via bulletin boards and newsletters; bi-weekly one-on-one meetings; explain decisions to staff.
  • GUEST SERVICE: provide excellent guest services; cash in chips; redeem currency at accurate rates.
  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: adhere to laws and gaming regulations; balance banks; maintain records and reports.
