Responsibilities

• Assign posts, patrol areas and duties; adjust deployment to maintain coverage.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate incidents and follow-ups.
• Coordinate investigations and protect confidential information.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with EMS.
• Direct initial security response to emergencies and evacuations.
• Act as liaison with law enforcement and management during shifts.
• Conduct emergency drills and document performance improvements.
• Inspect for hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coach and evaluate personnel and arrange training as needed.
