Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a vigilant security professional to support operations at a busy casino/nightclub venue in Henderson, NV. You will uphold safety standards, monitor for non-compliance, and respond to emergencies while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires shift flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Nevada Gaming License and CPR/First Aid certificates are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of security experience in a casino/nightclub or Military/Law Enforcement, or equivalent.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong listening abilities with good public relations skills.
• Must meet licenses and permits required by regulations (e.g., Nevada Gaming License).
• Physical stamina to work in varied conditions, including heat and outdoor exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service adhering to department standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
• Maintain vigilance at posts and patrol premises for security.
• Monitor for non-compliance to company policies and potential safety hazards.
• Conduct visual surveillance to detect hazards and ensure safety.
• Respond to emergencies using proper safety procedures; manage crowd control and traffic.
