MGM Resorts in Detroit is looking for dedicated Security Officers to patrol and secure the property while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• One year of prior relevant customer service experience
• Previous casino security experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Able to work a varied shift to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees
• Act as a First Responder in emergency situations
• Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers
• Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
• Responds to emergencies as needed
